Mask Requirement

Cancellation Policy

We value your time as we hope you value ours. All appointments with Saunders & James are subject to our cancellation policy. Less than 10 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge up to 50% of the scheduled service(s). Last minute cancellations (within 2 hours) will be charged full price of the service(s). No-shows are charged the full price of the appointment. Read our full cancellation policy for more details.
