Cancellation Policy

We value your time as we hope you value ours. All appointments with Saunders & James are subject to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations within 12 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows are charged the full price of the appointment. Read our full cancellation policy for more details.
